Here's how it works:

Simply complete the form HERE with all the information requested. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email and you can check the status of your referral HERE. (bookmark this so you can check back on them when you want). Once the stage is Closed/Won you will receive the award at the next monthly payout date in your paycheck. See details below!

Terms and Conditions:

There are no limits as to how many lead referrals an employee can submit. However, employees will only receive payouts for referrals that become Closed/Won opportunities and were received within 14 days of the Lead being entered in Salesforce. Also, if the lead results in an opportunity, it must be moved to closed/won within 90 days to qualify for a payout.

Employees that are currently not compensated for product sales are eligible for the referral program. If multiple employees submit the same church/organization, the first employee to submit the information will receive the payment. Employee must still be employed by Ministry Brands at time of payment. Company reserves the right to modify this program at any time, for any reason.

Incentive eligibility criteria:

  1. If the referral results in a qualified Opportunity, the Opportunity must result in a Closed-Won deal within 90 days.
  2. Only Ministry Brands products are eligible for incentive payouts, unless otherwise bundled within a multi-item deal. (Ex: Automated Check Deposit (ACD) sold individually, would not meet criteria, as this would be a feature/functionality utilizing a 3rd party vendor/partner/equipment. If ACD is sold in additional to MB ChMS, Giving, etc, the ACD value can count toward a total deal amount).
  3. To receive incentive payout, Referring employee cannot also be the Opportunity owner in Salesforce.
  4. If the lead submission form is received after the corresponding Salesforce Lead and/or Opportunity is created, business justification may be requested to confirm eligibility. Submissions receive more than 14 days of Salesforce Lead and/or Opportunity, incentive will not be credited to the referring employee. All submissions are subject to review for approval/payout.

Referral incentive payments are based on the value of the Closed/Won sale, as follows:
